Old Fashioned Bathroom

Bath tub and shower are some of bathroom appliances that are usually used nowadays. Bath tub is commonly used for 4 stars hotels or some luxurious houses, while the shower is more commonly used in most houses.  One of the functions of the bath tub is to get relaxed by submerging the body into the warm water.

Having bath tub is not a common thing for common houses, because placing a bath tub in a bathroom needs a lot of money. Them who cannot put bath tub in their bathroom usually put shower in it. By placing a shower in the bathroom, people don’t have to use the water dipper to get their body wet. They only need to place themselves below the shower and clean their body.

But for the other bathrooms, there is no bath tub or shower. Those are the old fashioned bathrooms. You will never find a bath tub or shower in it. All you can find is just a water container made from plastics, stones, or tiles, a water closet (usually squat position water closet), and a water dipper. This kind of bathrooms is definitely allows the user just to do the bathing session.

There is no mirror, telephone, or even sit position water closet in it. Usually, there will be a container to place the soap, shampoo, tooth brush, and the tooth paste. There also a hanger to hang the clothes and the towel. And because the way to clean your body in this old fashioned bathroom is by pouring the water with a water dipper to your body, there is no dry bathroom area like what you find in hotels or modern bathrooms.
