Balcony is a part of the house that is placed outdoor but it is still attached to the main building and usually placed on the 2^nd story or more. In hotel or apartments, the room with a balcony is way more expensive than another room that have no balcony outside.

What you have to put is just a chair and a small table. As we know, the size of a balcony is not as big as a living room, commonly. So, putting a chair and a small table is better.

It’s better to put a wooden or metal-made furniture there, because you can easily clean it. If you put a sofa, you will get a more comfortable feeling, but you will find that cleaning sofa that is placed outdoor is rather difficult.

For a small balcony, you can put some bar chairs and a round table. And, don’t forget to put some plants on your balcony, because placing some plants on the balcony will make a better and relaxing sight. You can put a flowering plants or the bamboo, just to add the accent on the balcony.
